I enjoyed the fact that people didn’t tell people he was wrong, but it was him asking questions about their motivations for the choices that they made together.

Eva has made the choice that she is going to move forward with or without Finn.įinn finds out, and after some eye-opening conversations with different people sees that perhaps his thought process about his life might be right. The characters themselves made choices and sacrifices based on their family’s needs and relationships.

I enjoyed this second book of the trilogy, but I was left thinking that there was so much in this book than I thought was needed. This book picks up not long after the end of book two, and there are no missteps in the timeline.
